Magyar szabványú gyufacímke. A Mosószerek sorozat darabja. Minden fehér, minden tiszta, ULTRA MOSÓKRÉM a titka!, EVM, MSZ, B, 40 f. felirat. A címke alján felirat, bal oldalán egy Ultra Mosókrém dobozának a rajza, a jobb felső sarokban az Egyesült Vegyiművek rövidítése látható. Fehér papír, piros alap, fehér és fekete színű rajz, és fekete színű felirat.
