Зшита з суворого полотна, вручну. Край прямий, горловина зібрана, рукава вишиті.
Опліччя, рукава і поділ вишиті білими, червоними і чорними нитками. Орнамент геометричний і рослинний.
Техніка: гладь, крутяк.
Виготовила Шинкаренко Анна Макарівна, жителька села Левки на Прилуччині в 1920-х роках.
Оригінал.
Зношена.
