Fehlbrand mit abgeplatzter Bartmaske und breitem, salzglasiertem Riss vom Hals bis zum Boden

Bodenfund Frechen

Birnenförmiger Gefäßkörper mit Bartmaske und ovaler Wappenauflage. Wahrscheinlich durch Lufteinschlüsse unter der Auflage ist die Bartmaske während des Brandes zu etwa zwei Drittel abgeplatzt. Das ovale Wappen ist als Bastardwappen zu verstehen (Hinweis auf Dietrich von der Lippe zu Asperschlag mit fünfblättriger Rose im Wappen).
