Lapos, kerek, aranyszínű emlékérem. Előoldalán körirat: AMMINISTRAZIONE DELLA PROVINCIA DI REGGIO EMILIA középütt az olasz tartomány tölgyfás, babérral díszített, vaskoronás négyosztatú címere látható, melyen középütt egy kisebb SPQR címer látható. Hátoldalán vésve: SETTIMANA GASTRONOMICA UNGHERESE REGGIO EMILIA 1973 (Magyar Gasztronómai Hét, Reggio Emilia tartomány, Olaszország 1973). Tauzin Miklós szakács kitüntető, jutalomérme.
