"Andrej Glusgold was born in Chisinau/Moldova (USSR) and graduated from University of Arts in Bremen. He lives in Berlin since 1996 where he teaches as a professor of photography at UE – University of Applied Sciences Europe since 2011. His work includes photography, drawing and poetry and is influenced by shamanism, outsider art, religious and folk art.
