Dawoodi Bohra

"The Dawoodi Bohras are a religious denomination within the Ismā'īlī branch of Shia Islam. Their largest numbers reside in India, Pakistan, Yemen, East Africa, and the Gulf states. There are also significant numbers living in the Middle East, East Africa, Europe, North America, South East Asia and Australia. Most estimates put the worldwide population to be one million.

Like all Muslims, they pray five times a day, fast in the month of Ramadan, perform the Haj and Umrah and give Zakat. Dawoodi Bohra communities are united by a set of centuries-old principles: an unwavering commitment to the faith; being law-abiding citizens and developing a genuine love for the country in which they live; a belief in the value of society, education, hard work and equal rights; engagement with other faiths; and a responsibility to care for the environment and all creatures that dwell within it. They seek to embrace modernity while remaining true to their traditions and core beliefs. They believe in self-reliance and are for the most part traders, businessmen and entrepreneurs." - (en.wikipedia.org 21.12.2020)
