Biography
Art dealer and collector. Owner of a drawing by Andrea Mantegna (q.v.), acquired by the Museum from Samuel Woodburn (q.v.) via Christie's in 1860. His collection was sold in 1718 and after his death from 18 January 1726 and the twelve following nights.
