Ockerfarbenes Seidenband mit schwarzem Aufdruck. Oberhalb drei Wappen und darunter die Zweckinschrift "Befreiung Prezemysl 3. Juni". Darunter Burganlage auf einem Bergsporn. Unterhalb der Burg ein Soldat der mit einem Schwert Hindernisse zerschlägt. Darunter ein mit Dornen eingerahmter Spruch. Außerhalb die Jahreszahl 1915.
