Zu sehen ist ein kleiner Teil des Quirnals mit den Überresten seiner antiken Bebauung.

Bez.: Parte del monte Quirinale che guarda verso Ponente dove si vede nel segno .A. gli vestigij di due grandissie scalle, per salire, dal piano nella somita del monte, dove erano diversi edificij, nel segno .B. vi si vede vestigij del Tempio del sole qual secondo alcuni, fu da l’Imperatore Aurelio edificato molto alla grande, si come anco ne dimostranoi suoi fragmenti tra liqualli si sono trovati cavando questi di parechie base di colonne grandisse, doude de luna di esse se n’e fatto il vaso della fontana del popolo, Il volgo chiama questo edificio il frontone di Nerone
