Az 1983-ban elrendelt női nyári kézbesítő egyenruha sapkája királykék gabardin anyagból készült puha tányérsapka műanyag silddel, a sild fölött ezüst színű sodrott zsinórral, mely két oldalt egy-egy ezüst színű lapos fémgombbal van lefogatva. Elején fehérrel körülhímzett ovális mezőben hímzett postakürt van.
