Gebundenes Notizbuch im A5-Hochformat in dem handschriftlich mit schwarzer Tinte im Zeitraum von 1906 bis 1943 Koch- und Backrezepte notiert wurden (mit Inhaltsverzeichnis). Einband aus grünem Kunstleder mit goldener Textprägung auf der Vorderseite: "Kochbuch". Im Buch selbst sind 10 einzelne Notizzettel mit Rezepten sowie zwei lose Zeitungsausschnitte mit einem Rezept bzw. einer Speisefolge sowie ein weiterer Werbezettel der Firma Staudt & Boockmann mit der "Anweisung für Sterilisieren im Küchenherd "Heibacko" eingelegt. Zum Buch gehört ein aus mehreren verschiedenfarbigen Garnen geflochtetes "Lesezeichen". Im unteren Bereich wird es durch eine Art Blombe mit der Aufschrift "ACKERMANN-GÖGGINGEN // Nähzopf // 100 % Baumwolle" beschwert. Das Buch hatte wohl ursprünglich einen braunen Schutzumschlag, von dem aber nur noch ein Rest erhalten ist. Auf ihm wurde mit blauer Tinte handschriftlich notiert: "Kochbuch // Susanne Paetz // 1906-".
