Description

Mörser, hohe gotische Form, jedoch horizontale Gliederung, datiert. Schriftzug unterhalb der Lippe, umlaufend: "In Deo spes mea Anno 1589". Wappen "CMB" sowie Hausmarke. Messing. Eckige, senkrecht stehende Ohrenhenkel. Nach Lockner (1982, S.146ff s.u.) kommt die horizontale Gliederung mit den horizontalen Verstärkungsringen in Deutschland erst nach 1600 vor. Hier offenbar Mischform: Gotisch, höher als breit, jedoch nicht senkrecht verstärkt. Auf der Inventarkarte mit Pistill abgebietet, das jedoch keine Nummer aufweist. (Symmetrische Form mit zwei abgerundeten Stoßflächen, in der Mitte leichte Verdickung des Stiels.)
