καλῶς ποιήσειςποιήσις λαβών μου τὸ ἐπιστόλιν παρὰ τοῦ κομίζον τόςκομιζοντιο σοι τὸ ὑπόμνημα τῶν οἰκο πέδων καὶ σωμάτων Ταβοῦτος τῆς Τεσήους ἐμοῦ ὑπογραφῆς καὶ ἐντάχιονἐτν θέλει ὁ κομίζων σοι τὸ διορθῶσαιδιορθῶσε τὸ ὑπόμνημα εἰς τὸ νρεων ἀπογραφὴν ποιῆσαιποιηση, ἀσφάλισον δὲ τὴν ἐμὴν ὑπογραφὴν καὶ γράψον μοι περὶ τῶν μετεώρων ἡμῶν καὶ περὶ τοῦ διαλογισμοῦ καὶ τμην ἐχ ἀρτάβην τῶν ἄρτων ω γραμματέως τοῦ βασιλικοῦ ἔρρωσο. ἔτους ιγγ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Νέρουα Τραιανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ Γερμανικοῦ Δακικοῦ μηνὸς Τῦβι ιε.
