δ Ἁρποκρατίωνι τῷ καὶ Ἱέρακι βασιλικῷ γραμματεῖ Ἀρσινοΐτου Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος παρὰ Διοσκόρου υ τοῦ Ἡρακλείδου μητρὸς ἀναγραφομένου ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Φρεμεί. ὑπάρχει μοι ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου καὶ αὐλύδριον καὶ ὑδρεῖονὑδρῖον, ἐν ᾗ κατοικῶ καὶ ἀπογράφομαι ἐμαυτὸν καὶ τοὺς ἐμοὺς εἰς τὴν τοῦ διεληλυθότος κη ἔτους Αὐρηλίου Κομμόδου κατʼ οἰκίαν ἀπογραφὴν ἀπεγραψάμην. καί εἰμι Διόσκορος ὁ προγεγραμμένος γεωργὸς ἐτῶν ξη, καὶ τὴν τούτου γυναῖκα Θαισάριον ἀπελευθέραν Θαισαρίου Σουχᾶ τοῦ Μύσθου μητρὸς Ἡρακλοῦτος ἐτῶν , καὶ τὰ ἐξ ἀμ φοτέρων τέκνα υἱὸν Ὡρίωνα γεωργὸν ἐτῶν , καὶ ιον ἄλλον υἱὸν γραμματέα ἐτῶν ιζ, καὶ υἱὸν μητρὸς Σαραποῦτος τῆς Ὡρίωνος γεωργὸν , καὶ θυγα τέρα Ἁρποκρατίαιναν μητρὸς Θαισαρίου τῆς προγεγραμμένης ἐτῶν οὖσαν γυναῖκα τοῦ Σατορνείλου καὶ ἀδελφὴν καὶ ἐξ ἀμφοτέρων υἱὸν Σα καὶ θυγαέρα Σατορνίλην ἐτῶν ιδ, καὶ Ἀρτεμιδώραν τὴν καὶ οῦν ἄλλην θυγατέρα Διοσκόρου τοῦ ιου ἐτῶν κ, καὶ Τασουχάριον ἄλλην θυγατέρα θαν ἀπάτορα ἐτῶν κθ Σαραποῦν ἀπάτορα ἐτῶν η. διὸ ἐπιδίδωμι. ἔτους κθ Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Κομμόδου Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου Μεσορὴ κζ.
