Κρόκῳ κωμογραμμτεῖ κώμης Σοκνοπαίου Νήσου παρὰ Ἁτρῆτος Σαταβοῦτος τοῦ Πανεφρέμμεως μητρὸς Σεβάθεως ἀπὸ κώμης Σοκνοπαίου Νήσου. ἀπογράφομαι ἐμαυτόν τε καὶ τοὺς ἐμοὺς εἰς τὴν τοῦ διεληλυθότος κγ ἔτους θεοῦ Αἰλίου Ἀντωνείνου κατʼ οἰκίαν ἀπογραφὴν ἐν ᾗ καταγεί νομαι ἐν οἰκίᾳ μητρικῇ ἐν τῇ κώμῃ. εἰμὶ δὲ ὁ προγεγραμμένος Ἁ τρῆς ἐτῶν κεκε ἄσημος καὶ τὴν γυ ναῖκά μου Ἰσάριον ἀπάτοραἀπάτωρ μητρὸς Τανεφρέμμεως τῆς Πανομιέως ἐτῶν α ἄσημον. ὑπάρχει δὲ αὐτῇ ἐν τῇ κώμῃ οἰκίαι δύο καὶ τέταρτον μέρος μαμμικὸν, καὶ Ταπετσῖρις Στοτοήτεως τοῦ Πανεφρέμμε ως μητρὸς Ταπετσίρεως ἐτῶν ιβ ἄσημος. ὑπάρχει δὲ τῇ Ταπετ σίρει οἰκίαι δύο καὶ αὐλὴαὐλης καὶ τέταρτον μέρος παππικὸν καὶ τέταρτοντεταρτου μέροςμέρους μαμμικὸν. διὸ ἐπιδίδωμιἐπιδίδωμει τὴν ἀπογραφήν. ἔτους α Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Ἀντωνίνου Σεβαστοῦ καὶ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Λουκίου Αὐρηλίου Οὐήρου Σεβαστοῦ Μεσορὴ δ.
