Die Sohle eines römischen Schuhes (Brandsohle?) aus dunkelbraunem Leder aus der Zeit etwa von 100 v. u. Z. bis 100 u. Z. ohne Rechts-Links-Unterscheidung weist mehrere Einrisse, Einstichspuren von Nähten und eine umrandungsartige Einprägung auf. Die einzelnen Lederschichten haben sich teilweise aufgelöst. Die Ferse ist unregelmäßig abgebrochen; die ursprüngliche Länge lässt sich darum nicht mehr feststellen. Die Sohle aus altem Bestand wurde bei Trier gefunden. Die Inventarnummer ist mit Hand aufgetragen.
