Lucius Valerius Lucretianus und Lucius Longeinus Herennios, Bürger von Antinoupolis, machen eine Eingabe beim Rat von Antinoupolis. Während eines Aufenthaltes in Philadelpheia, wo sie Grundbesitz haben, wurden sie vom Dorfschreiber Aphrodas, Sohn des Theon, belästigt. Er hatte nämlich ihre Namen für eine Liturgie in Form von Transportdiensten vorgeschlagen, obwohl sie den privilegierten Status der antinoitischen Bürger innehaben. Deshalb bitten sie den Rat darum, den Epistrategen in Kenntnis zu setzen, damit andere Leute für die Liturgie herangezogen werden.

τῆι κρατίστηι βουλῆι Ἀντινοέων Νέων Ἑλλήνων παρὰ Λουκίου Οὐαλερίου Λουκρη τιανοῦ Ματιδείου τοῦ καὶ Πλωτινί ου καὶ Λουκίου Λογγείνου Ἑρεννίου Παυλεινίου τοῦ καὶ Μεγαλεισίου. οὐκ ἀ γνοεῖτε, ἄνδρες κράτιστοι, ὅτι πασῶν λειτουργιῶν ἀφείθημενἀφθείθημεν τῶν ἀλλαχοῦ κατὰ διάταξιν θεοῦ Ἁδριανοῦ τοῦ καὶ οἰκιστοῦ τῆς ἡμετέρας πόλεως. ἐπεὶ οὖν γενόμε νοι εἰς Φειλαδελφίαν κώμην τοῦ Ἀρσινο είτου τῆς Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος, ἔνθα γεου χοῦμεν, ἐπὶ τῆς διορθώσεως δημοσίων ὀφειλημάτωνλοτωνἐλεουργῶν, ὁ τῆς προκειμένης κώμης κωμογραμματεὺς Ἀφροδᾶς Θέωνος κατʼ ἐπή ρειαν ἐπέδωκεν ἡμᾶς ἐπὶ τῆς καταγωγῆς τοῦ σίτουσείτου παρὰ τὰ διατεταγμένα. κατὰ τὸ ἀναγ καῖον, κύριοι, τὴν πρόσοδον πρὸς ὑμᾶς ποι οῦμεν ἀξιοῦντες, ἐὰν ὑμῖν δόξῃ, ἀνε νεγκεῖν τῷ κρατίστῳ ἐπιστρατήγῳ Καλπουρνίωι Κονκέσσῳ περὶ τούτου, ὅπως κατὰ τὰ ὑπάρχοντα ἡμῖν δίκαια κελεύσῃκελευσαι ἑτέρους ἀνθʼ ἡμῶν κατασταθῆναικατατασταθῆναι καὶ λόγον αὐτὸν ὑποσχεῖν τῶν τετολμημέ νων καὶ εἰς τὸ πέραν ἀνεπηρεάστουςἐπκρεάστουςἐνκρεάστους φυλα χθῆναι. διευτυχεῖτε. ἔτους δ Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Λουκίου Σεπτιμίου Σεουήρου Εὐσεβοῦς Περτίνακος Σεβαστοῦ Ἀραβικοῦ Ἀδιαβηνικοῦ Μεσορὴ κ.
