Die Broschüre "Was ist das Sowjetsystem?" mit Erläuterungen über das sowjetische politische und wirtschaftliche System. Die Sowjetunion erhob den Anspruch, ihre Kriegsgefangenen politisch zu erziehen. Bereits 1942 entstand die erste antifaschistische Lagerschule. Lehrer waren häufig deutsche Exilkommunisten. Politisch geschulte Kriegsgefangene bildeten in den Lagern das sogenannte Antifa-Aktiv.
