Description

Rechteckiges Ölgemälde auf Holztafel. Flußlandschaft mit 2 Frauen und Schiff, in der Abenddämmerung. Unsigniert, in vergoldetem, reich floral beschnitztem Holzrahmen. Rückseitig mit olivgrünem Papier verklebt. Darauf in alter Schrift geschrieben: „Original Chr. Elser Grünstadt“.

Christian Elser war Malermeister und Hobbymaler (02.02.1871 in Grünstadt -- 23.06.1950 in Grünstadt), ehem. wohnhaft, Ringgasse 24, Grünstadt.

Angekauft April 2006, von Alwin Kauth, Parkweg 15, Grünstadt.
