Az Unicum arculatától mára már elválaszthatatlanná vált a gömb alakú unicumos üveg. a "vizes ember plakát" és a kereszt. A vizes ember plakát az 1905-től 1909-ig tartó évekből származik. A megmaradt reklámplakáton egy vízből felbukkanó férfi örül himbálódzó palackjának.
