Langrechteckiges Straßenschild aus Metall. Auf weißem Grund steht die schwarz eingerahmte Aufschrift: "Badeabt. Labor". Das Schild war Bestandteil der alten Wegeführung der Psychiatrischen Klinik Warstein. Die Rückseite ist metallsichtig. Dort ist ein Herstelleretikett der Firma "oka Schilderfabrik 4783 Anröchte Tel. 02947 229" angebracht. [SB]
