Die Mundharmonika wurde um 1935 in Deutschland hergestellt. Der Resonanzkörper wurde aus Holz, das seitlich rot lackiert ist, gefertigt. Auf der Vorder- und Rückseite befinden sich mit zwei Schrauben befestigte silberfarbene Luftleitbleche mit eingravierter Schrift: "Alpenkönigin QAULITÄTSHARMONIKA D.R.W.Z. 501103".
