Das rechteckige Schild besteht aus weiß emailliertem Metall, die Schrift ist schwarz. Es ist ein Hinweisschild auf die Sprechzeiten der Hebamme Hedwig Hering. Schwester Hede war von 1940 bis 1970 Hebamme für Borsdorf und Umgebung.
