Description

Die Abdruckerhaltung in Tuff zeigt eine Sporophyllähre eines Schachtelhalmbaumes. Der erste Museumsdirektor Johann Traugott Sterzel beschrieb die Art 1918 erstmals als Asterophyllites credneri. Der rote Punkt auf dem Objekt kennzeichnet dieses als Holotyp. Auf der Rückseite des Objektes sind auf einem Objektzettel Angaben zum Fundort und zur wissenschaftlichen Bestimmung in der Handschrift Sterzels zu lesen.
