Dargestellt ist die Urinschau eines Patienten durch diverse Ärzte. Die drei oberen Ärzte sind Porträts von zu dieser Zeit wirklich praktizierenden Medizinern. Die Unterschrift ’The Company of Untertakers’ weist darauf hin, dass Hogarth die meisten Ärzte als Quacksalber und daher eher als Helfer der Bestatter gesehen hat.
