A doboztető belső felén a Hamupipőkéből vett jelenet: konyhában fiatal lány nyitott ablak előtt áll, madarak beszállnak az ablakon keresztül és csipegetnek egy tálból. A doboz tetején ragasztott papíron Piroska és a farkas c. Grimm meséből vett jelenet, melyet piros szalagdísz vesz körbe. A doboz oldalain szürkéskék és arany színű papírborítás növényi ornamentikával. A doboz az elülső oldal közepén lévő fém kallantyú segítségével nyitható és zárható.
