Aquarellierte Zeichnung des Wappens des Herzogtums Westfalen mit Mittelschild, Königsmantel, Krone Schwert und Zepter. Das vierteilige Wappenschild zeigt das kurköllnische Kreuz auf weißem (silbernem) Grund, das Westfalenross und drei goldene Seerosenblätter (Engern) auf rotem Grund sowie den Adler auf blauem Grund (Arnsberg). Auf dem Mittelschild rot-goldene Rauten. Über dem Wappen handschriftlich "Des Churfürsten v. Cöln (19)". Unten rechts auf dem Blatt "U." Rote Seitenränder (Buchseite?).
