Description

Das Motiv "Im Tannenwald" liegt als Farbholzschnitt sowie als einfacher Holzschnitt vor, ersterer ist etwas größer im Format. Er ist im März 1918 unter dem Titel "Waldeinsamkeit" im "Kunstwart" erschienen. Welche Fassung primär ist, ist streng genommen nicht sicher.

Auf Japanpapier.

Handschriftlich bezeichnet: "Im Tannenwald." - "Dorothea Milde."
Das Monogramm Dorothea Mildes links oben.
