Tésztavágó. Anyaga kovácsolt vas, a nyél keményfa. A bárd alakú penge domború félkörívet ír le, míg a penge foka homorú félkör alakú. Pengéjén "B.I." monogram látható. Tészta vagdalására használták. Népi név: "gombótavágó kés", "vagdaló kés".
