Redl Gusztáv polgári iskolai igazgató kéri az iskolaszéket, hogy az 1895. szept. 8-án kelt tantestületi javaslatot az iskolai díjakról fogadja el. (Eddig díjmentes volt az oktatás.) A lap alján a felső népiskola bélyegzője látható az állami és a tapolcai címerrel, és "Állam által segélyezett gazdasági felső népiskola Zala-Tapolcza 1872" felirattal. Az eredetiről készült fénymásolat.
