Description

Az igazolást ("igazolványt") Győr város és Tószigetcsilizközi járás testnevelési és népgondozó kirendeltsége bocsátotta ki 1936. április 20-án dr. Zábrák Jenő volt főhadnagy részére. Igazolta, hogy háborús teljesítménye elismeréseként Horthy kormányzó emléklappal ellátott századosi rendfokozat címet adományozott neki 1935. március 6-án. Egy gépelt lap terjedelmű.
