Description

Emléklap Hegyi Lajos balatonhenyei tanító részére a Magyar Vöröskereszt alapításának 100. évfordulóján, melyet támogatásának elismeréseként adtak. Az emléklapot Budapesten datáltak 1981. máj. 16-án. A Magyar Vöröskereszt Országos Vezetősége elnökének és titkárának aláírásával van ellátva. Szegélye nemzeti színű szalagmintából áll, alul a "100 ÉVES A MAGYAR VÖRÖSKERESZT" köriratú, vöröskeresztes ábra látható.
