Die Überlegungen zur Stadtentwicklung sind in einem gebundenen Buch im Querformat für die Gesamtstadt und die einzelnen Ortsteile zusammengefasst. Ein separater 3-seitiger Brief des Planungsbüros, an den Ortsvorsteher Dr. Seel adressiert, beinhaltet einen Auszug für den Ortsteil Bad Bodendorf.

Besonders wird auf die behutsame Entwicklung im Kurbereich und die Siedlungsstruktur hingewiesen.
