Die elegante Steinaxt vom Typ Zobtenaxt gelangte als Einzelfund aus Schwepnitz in das Museum. Die genaue Fundstelle oder Fundumstände sind nicht bekannt. Das Stück besticht durch seinen sorgfältig geschliffenen schlanken und geschweiften Körper. Der Nacken ist leicht verbreitert und auf der Unterseite ausgezogen. Die schmale Schneide ist etwas bestoßen. Die Außenseiten biegen bogenförmig am Schaftloch um, so dass diese am ehesten bruchgefährdete Stelle der Axt verstärkt wird. Äxte dieses Typs treten auch mit Rillenbündeln verziert auf.
