Виготовлений з цільної білої тканини, оздоблений вишивкою гладдю різнокольоровими нитками - дві галузки рослинного орнаменту з різнокольорових квітів та чорних листочків, а над ними віночок з двох гілочок з літерою в по середині. Вишивала Волковська Уляна Василівна (1915 р. народження) з с. Погреби. Друг. Пол. ХХ ст..
