Die Halogen-Filmleuchte wird an 220 Volt angeschlossen und liefert dann 1000 Watt mit einer Osram- oder Philips Radiumlampe..Es gibt zwei Klappen aus Aluminium zum Ausrichten des Lichtes. Das Lampengehäuse besteht aus Kunststoff und kann um 90 Grad nach oben geschwenkt werden. Das Gerät ist aus den 1960er/70er Jahre. Genauer kann man es heute nicht mehr beziffern, da die Firma ISING nur wenige Spuren im Internet hinterlassen hat.
