This piece of jewelry consists of a double rosette and a pendant with granulation. The shield of the pendant is a double rosette: the lower one has eight petals, the upper one has six. The petals of the upper rosette are covered with blue and green enamel, these colors are alternating. Two vertical loops are located one under the other and soldered together on the reverse side of the rosette. The upper one, most likely, was used to pull the cord, which was the basis of the neck ornament. A filigree pendant with a smooth body is suspended from the lower loop. In the upper part of the pendant there are vertical drop-shaped settings with a pointed tip downwards. Those are made of scarred wire and filled with enamel. At the sharp tip of each there is a granules. Its leg is a ring made of thin ribbed wire and two granulation balls of different diameters are soldered to it. The neck of the pendant is smooth with a ring for hanging soldered on top.
