A malom nem a jelenlegi, hanem a Váci utat a Népfürdő utcával összekötő, a Dunára merőleges, Bodor utcában állt. A két világháború között tömegszállásként szolgált. Lebontására az Árpád-hídfői lakótelep kialakításakor, az 1960-as években került sor.
