Die kleine Amphore besitzt eine reiche Bogenstichverzierung, die ursprünglich farbig eingelegt war. Wahrscheinlich handelt es sich um die Grabbeigabe einer Körperbestattung der jungsteinzeitlichen sogenannten Havelländischen Kultur, die auch nach ihren Fundplätzen in Burg und Molkenberg benannt wird. Gefunden wurde dieses Gefäß zwischen 1877 und 1890 in einer Sandgrube der Ziegelei bei Molkenberg.
