Die Postkarte aus kaschiertem Karton mit Rosen aus farbig bedrucktem Papier wurde am 21.04.1928 an einen Kurgast der Heilanstalt Bad Gottleuba gesendet. Auf der Rückseite findet sich unten rechts ein herzförmiges Signet, das die Buchstaben H und B in Ligatur enthält und auf die Heliophot Kunstverlagsanstalt in Berlin verweist.
