Lila alapon fekete betűkkel a zenekar 1980. január 31-én, a Népházban (Tatabánya) rendezett koncertjének programja és szereplői. Felül lekerekített sarkú, halványrózsaszín mezőben "Országos Filharmónia" és annak logója.
