Reiseradio und Autoradio in einem. Der Autotransistor 715 AKKORD war konstruiert für eine automatische Umschaltung von Koffer auf Autobetrieb nach Einschub in die Autohalterung CV717N. Sowohl der Betrieb mit 6V oder auch 12V waren bei Autobetrieb möglich bei umschaltbarer Polarität. Außerhalb des Autos sorgten vier 1,5V AA-Batterien für die Stromversorgung. Das Empfängerteil konnte Mittelwelle und UKW empfangen und über einen dynamischen Lautsprecher wiedergeben. Autotransistor 715 AKKORD und Autotransistor 716 AKKORD sind bis auf die AFC Funktion identisch. (AFC = Die Automatische Frequenzkontrolle)
