Description

Der Video Monitor wurde zusammen mit dem Heimcomputer TRS 80 Model 1 verkauft und erhielt deswegen die Bezeichnung TRS-80 Video Monitor. Die technische Entwicklung fand beim Hersteller Tandy statt, der Vertrieb erfolgte über die zum gleichen Konzern gehörige Discounterkette Radio Shark.
Der Monitor war bestückt mit einer Monochrome 12" CRT Bildröhre und konnte 64 × 16 character darstellen, was für eine Semigrafikqualität reichte.
