Hochformat, die beiden Wunschzettel sind identisch. Sieben Teillinien (rot) tragen die rote Überschrift "Wunschzettel".
Der mittlere Teil wird von einer Kette von Engeln in verschiedenen Posen (grün) gerahmt. Diese Engel (16) wiederholen ihre Tätigkeiten, von links oben nach rechts: Rad fahren, Posaune spielen, fotografieren, fliegen, Harmonika spielen, Zähne putzen...
Gedruckt auf chlorfrei gebleichtem Papier.
