Obermaterial Wolle Köperbindung cremefarben, zwei eingearbeitete Pattentaschen und eine Paspeltasche im Brustbereich auf der linken Vorderseite. Die aufgenähten Schulterstücke sind aus goldfarbener gewebter Borte auf schwarzem Wolltuch, mit je Sternabzeichen (Dienstgrad) aus Metall. Vorne sechs Ösenknöpfe, drei je Reihe aus Metall goldfarben mit Ankerverzierung. Innenseite partiell abgefüttert, Viskose Atlasbindung weiß, zwei aufgesetzte Brusttaschen je Seite.
