Im schwarz-weiß Druck erstellter vierseitiger Erinnerunggsdruck an Heinrich Lersch. Die Vorderseite zeigt die Todenmaske mit Sockel und der Inschrift "Hein Lersch / * 12.9.1889 + 16.6.1936 / Kesselschmied-Dichter-Soldat / DEUTSCHLAND MUSS LEBEN/UND WENN WIR STERBEN MÜSSEN":

Auf Seite 2 ist das Gedicht "Soldaten-Abschied", auf Seite 3 und 4 die Erinnerungsworte von Richard Euringer, Deutscher Schriftsteller.
