Plakette in Wappenschildform, mit Metallöse am oberen Rand. Ein Zierrand zeichnet die Wappenform nach. Eine Hälfte ist Blau die andere und Weiß (längs verlaufend). Im Feld ein Lorbeerzweige, eine Lyra und Lorbeerzweige. Im Wappenschild steht die fünfzeilige Inschrift: 85-jähr. // Stiftungsfest // Männer-Ges.-Verein // WOLMIRSTEDT // 6.11.1926
