Description

S/W-Fotografie auf Baryt-Papier in einem grauen Passepartout aus Pappe. Abgebildet ist das 45. Rennen des Deutschen Derby in Hamburg am 28. Juni 1914.
Auf der Rückseite ist eine mit Bleistift vorgenommene Notiz zu lesen: "Ariel Derby". Die Notiz stammt von dem Trainer des Gewinnerpferdes "Ariel", Withers McCreery. "Ariel" wurde von dem Jockey George Archibald geritten und gehörte dem Bankier Freiherr Simon Alfred von Oppenheim.
