Holzhobel mit auswechselbarer Klinge, diese in Profilform, es wird ein sprezielles Profil vorgegeben. Auf der Rückseite befindet sich eine Flügelmutter.

Dieser Hobel stammt aus der ehemaligen Möbelmanufaktur "Siemen und Ostkirchen" in Halle/Westfalen, die in den 1930er Jahren ihre Blüte erlebte. Die Firma war für ihre hochwertigen und geschmackvollen Inneneinrichtungen (Einbauschränke, Wandverkleidungen) bekannt.
