Description

Taler, Groschen und Pfennige wurden in zweiteiligen Geldbörsen (Doppelbörsen) aufbewahrt. Zwei sachakrtige Beutel waren durch einen offenen Schlauch in die Börse geschoben, auf der einen Seite das Kleingeld, auf der anderen Seite die Taler und Goldstücke. Dann wurde ein Ring nach rechts und einer nach links jeweils soweit geschoben, daß kein Geld herausfallen konnte. Wurden die Ringe wieder zurückgegeben, konnten die Geldstücke bequem entnommen werden.
